Shrei Crenshaw, BS, HT(ASCP)CM, is the founder and principal consultant of The Crenshaw Method, a boutique laboratory operations and design advisory practice based in Dallas-Fort Worth. She brings 20+ years of bench to director-level lab operations experience across 20+ labs in 11 states, including leading a 25,000 square foot zero-downtime laboratory design and relocation and directing teams of up to 150 staff. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between lab operations and design and construction teams so that projects are built on accurate, actionable operational information.
