The winners of the seventh annual Design Excellence Awards, presented by Lab Design, will be honored at the 2026 Lab Design Conference in Orlando, FL.

The Design Excellence Awards were created by Lab Manager in 2020 to honor and recognize outstanding new projects in the lab design field. Lab Design proudly celebrates everyone involved in the lab design process, from architects and lab planners to engineers and manufacturers of equipment and furniture. To be considered for recognition, we invite you to articulate your enthusiasm for your recent lab projects—joining an elite group within the lab design world. Your submission should explain and illustrate to our judges how your vision, execution, and final delivery stand out, demonstrating a new standard of excellence in lab design.
