Cynthia Labelle, AIA, Senior Project Manager, Stantec Architecture Inc., has more than 20 years of diverse architectural design experience with a focus on both programmatic and technically complex projects. Her experience has been focused on Science, Research and Higher Education projects, but she has also translated that experience into industrial and corporate campus development. Her success with these building typologies is in part because of her ability to envision and portray the “big picture” and issues important to successful project development. This ability to isolate critical project development components and their impact allows Cynthia to manage complex projects in ways that instill team confidence in outcomes and encourage stakeholder collaboration.
As Senior Project Manager, she leads the team through all phases of the project—programming through closeout—and utilizes her strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally in speech, drawing and correspondence to ensure a thoughtful and successful project. Cynthia received her Graduate Diploma in Affordable Housing from McGill University, her Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University and her Bachelor of Arts, Architecture and Art/Art History from Rice University.
