The 2019 Lab Design Conference

The 18th annual Lab Design Conference—April 29-May 1, 2019—is the only educational event of its kind to provide an in-depth dynamic educational program that delivers cutting-edge information about lab design, engineering and construction. With the 2019 spring conference theme of “Emerging Labs of the Future,” attendees will learn about the latest design and market initiatives, new technologies, current projects, and key future trends from expert thought leaders. This collaborative live event also offers prime networking for those involved in planning, designing, engineering, constructing, and operating laboratory facilities. Informative sessions and panels feature lab design experts delivering unique presentations on the critical trends affecting the creation of the most efficient, state-of-the-art facilities.

Each year, the Lab Design Conference also marks the official announcement of the Lab of the Year honorees—a 52-year-old tradition presented by R&D Magazine and Laboratory Design—with in-depth live presentations by the winning project teams. In 2019, Laboratory Equipment joins the Lab Design Conference and welcomes attendees from that important community. The conference also offers exclusive local tours of exemplary lab facilities post-conference on May 1, 2019.
