Attendee registration for 2017 includes breakfast and lunch on April 24 and 25, access to exhibit hall and all sessions, our welcome reception on April 24, and the Lab of the Year Awards presentation on April 26.

How do I book a table/reserve exhibitor space?

How do I get to Raleigh? What else is of interest in the area?

This year's event will be held at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Hotel in the Crabtree Valley area, 11 miles from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Greyhound and Amtrak stations also lie within a 10 mile radius of the venue.

The Marriott Crabtree sits within the "research triangle" comprised of North Carolina State University, Duke University and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There are also number of local attractions, from fine arts and sporting events and shopping and local tours. What lab tours will be offered this year and how much do they cost?

Lab tours cost $95 each. This year’s include:

  • Bayer Crop Science: Bee Care Center

  • Bayer Crop Science: Greenhouse 1, Greenhouse 5 and Greenhouse 6

  • Syngenta Biotechnology Inc.: Innovation Center, RTP

How do I obtain AIA credits?

Credit(s) earned on completion of courses, which are approved by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) CES, will be reported to AIA CES for continuing professional education credits. Please complete the attendance form, which is located in your Laboratory Design Conference folder, and return to a Laboratory Design Staff member at the registration desk. Certificates of Completion for both AIA members and non-AIA members are available upon request after the conference by emailing kim.ciriaco@advantagemedia.com.
